Since 2000
Unimex Enterprises is established in the UK with the mission to provide turnkey solutions and to distribute premium quality products to customers in developing and frontier markets. Unimex Enterprises initiates its activities in the steel and bearing industries and becomes the appointed distributor of OTTO WOLFF, a subsidiary of Thyssen Krupp and Schaeffler Group for FAG bearings.
2005-2008
It serves many OEMs in the industrial, agricultural, and construction sectors by designing bespoke engines and offering best in class after sales service. In 2008, Unimex enters the railway market and aggressively grows its market share in this industry by completing an extensive portfolio of products from wagons, rails to various parts and components.
2008-2012
Unimex expands its geographical presence beyond Middle East and enters into the south Caucasus. In 2012, Unimex further expands its geographical footprint by entering into Central Asia and Mongolia through investing into Industrial Power Group a joint venture company. During this period, Unimex also has diversified into the Oil & Gas upstream sector.
